According to CIC, sponsor parents and grandparents (PGP) immigration application will re-open on January 3, 2017, with a cap of 10,000 new and complete applications. In accordance, Happyroadex will start to accept drop off of PGP sponsorship application documents from December 5th, 2016.
PGP sponsorship application documents can be dropped off at any of our branches within GTA, or any Happyroadex franchise stores located at Ottawa, Montreal, Oakville and London. For residents in other cities, please mail your application documents to Happyroadex head office at Markham.
Happyroadex Ltd is only responsible for delivery of application materials. We do not provide any consulting service regarding application. For questions related to application preparation, please visit CIC website. Happyroadex is not liable for the result of your application.
Delivery Charge:
Each Express Envelope: $80CAD + HST(13%)
Payment Method:
We accept cash(in store only), debit card(please confirm with the store/branch), cheque, and email transfer.

Packaging Method:
Please seal all your documents in an inner envelope, which we will never open. Write your Name, Tel #, and Address on inner envelope (or on an attached paper). Send the envelope and your cheque(if you pay by cheque) together to our mailing address above.
Cancellation:
Shipment can be canceled before Jan 2nd, 2017 with 80% refund. For return request by mail, the shipping charge is $20 CAD plus GST/HST(Express Envelope Service via UPS) .
For those who need to update documents that have already been delivered to Happyroadex, please contact the store directly for details.
For the past three years, Happyroadex has always been the first to deliver documents to CPC among all couriers. This year, we will keep our promise to have your documents delivered before 9:00am on Jan.3rd, 2017. Please contact us if you have any concern.
